Judy Zhu

Judy is a seasoned tech executive, a tech investor, and a long-time advocate for diversity in business. In addition to her role as Founder of MoneyGirls Invest, she is a Partner at TheFund, a venture capital fund that invests in mission-driven companies at the earliest stages.

Previously, she served as the founding Chief Operating Officer of The Leadership Consortium, a company she launched with the Harvard Business School professor Frances Frei to accelerate more diverse leaders to the C-Suite.

She also led U.S. Business Development at Uber Technologies, building multi-hundred million dollar partnerships between Uber and global financial companies. She oversaw the development and launch of numerous innovative products, including Uber's first consumer credit card. Judy was an early employee at Quidsi and served in various leadership roles before the company was acquired by Amazon for half a billion-dollars.

She graduated from the University of Victoria (Canada), and has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she remains on the alumni board.
